Applied for a management internship in the finance department. The team was quick to reply and I got an interview opportunity on the basis of my CV. There were 2 interviews conducted, one was a technical finance interview and the other was an HR interview. The whole process was quick and smooth and I got the acceptance call within a month.

For my internship selection, they looked at my background and experience, and since I was an intern, they didn't really have a formal interview process. On my first day, I had a one-hour induction with the corporate IT department. It was great because I got answers to all my questions about how the company actually operates internally, the Tata code of conduct in practice, and the working environment, which is very calm and composite. They made me feel really comfortable and I found the people to be down-to-earth, respectful, and they made employees feel like important and precious assets of the company.
