So you start by applying online and sending your resume in. Then, if they like what they see, a recruiter might give you a quick call to chat about your background and why you're interested. After that, there's usually a first-round interview, maybe with HR, focusing on your experience and if you'd fit in. They might ask you some behavioral questions. Depending on the job, you could have a technical test or skills assessment to see if you can actually do the work. Then, there's a second-round interview, possibly with the hiring manager or a team, digging into your skills and how you'd work with them. They might also throw in some behavioral or situational questions to see how you'd react to different scenarios. Sometimes, there are even more interviews with higher-ups to make sure you align with the company. They'll probably check your references too. If all goes well, you get a job offer and can negotiate the details. Finally, if you accept, you'll go through onboarding.
