Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tata Motors.
QA Engineer
The process was pretty straightforward. I had a technical interview, then an HR round, and finally a medical test. The technical part focused on my qualifications and past work experience. The HR round was quite easy.

- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
- What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?
Supplier Quality Engineer
It was a long process, about 3 weeks in total. The interviewers were nice and helpful, but they didn't always get back on time. I had to travel a good distance, but they did cover travel costs. The office tour was also nice.
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
- What about your strengths?
QA Engineer
I went through 4 interviews for different openings in TML. I interviewed for a purchase engineer role, then I had 3 interviews for Quality Engineer positions. They tested my basic skills in the interviews.
