Technical Behavioral Presentation

The process started with my resume being reviewed based on my grades and technical skills. Then, there was a technical interview covering Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, and Manufacturing Processes. I had to talk about my past projects, covering the design approach, what materials I chose, and how I analyzed things. They also asked some questions about applying knowledge to car systems, engine parts, and how things are made. They checked how I solve problems, if I understand concepts well, and if I know how engineering is used in real life. After that, there was a short HR chat. This was followed by a background check and then the offer.

The design process is basically a structured way we use again and again to go from requirements to solutions that work. We start by figuring out what the problem is, like what we want to achieve, what the limits are, and how we'll know if we succeeded. Then, we do some digging to get a handle on what people need, if the tech is possible, and what else is going on around it.

The interview process was really tedious and time consuming. I didn't get any information about follow-ups and received no replies. Absolutely nothing. Nobody even answered my calls. I will never recommend applying here again anytime soon. I'm not happy at all with their interview process.
