We had a one-on-one first interview to see if you were qualified and had the experience. Then, a second interview to narrow down the candidates. After that, the final interview was the last step. Finally, we did a background check and then made a job offer to the chosen person.

It was an average interview process. It felt pretty easy if you speak English. The salary offered wasn't really worth it though. We'll probably have one more day like this. We could grab a snack on the way home, then head back to the store for dinner, and then go back to my place for a few days.

The whole thing was 3 rounds - a tech one, then HR, and then we talked salary. The first two happened fast, like 3 days after they sent the JD. The third round took about 2 more days. They said it would take another 2 days for the offer letter after everything was sorted, but it actually took about a week. Then, they give you 24 hours to decide on the offer. If you accept, it's another week for the appointment letter after medicals and background checks. Overall, it went pretty smoothly, and the HR person was super responsive to calls and messages, but things did slow down a bit after the interviews.
