The interview was pretty intense, focusing on foundational concepts from the very first semester. Make sure to really highlight your IPTs, Internships, and PPTs as they are quite significant. The whole process lasted around 45 minutes. Having strong communication skills and a solid grasp of your IPT projects is key to getting hired. There wasn't a group discussion, and a lot of candidates were filtered out during the initial screening.

First there was a written test with aptitude and branch-specific questions (Electronics for me). After that, we had a Group Discussion (GD) round where about 10 people were considered at once, and usually only 1 or 2 were selected. Then, there was one interview round that covered both technical and HR aspects, conducted by two interviewers.
