Sales Associate
First, they asked some questions about my background and experience, and my specific knowledge. Then, we moved on to a real-life scenario type of question, a situation-based one. They seemed to be looking for someone with strong analytical thinking skills, who could sell effectively and also understand the market dynamics.

Maintenance Technician
Sometimes, the quietest moments are the loudest teachers. You sit, doing “nothing,” yet your mind travels—through memories, plans, doubts, and small hopes you don’t say out loud. Life isn’t always about big wins or dramatic failures; most of it happens in between, in ordinary days where you keep going even when motivation is low.

Marketing
The interview involved questions about product knowledge, with a strong emphasis on technical aspects and communication skills. They also asked about the organization's culture. Although I went through the financial records and market analysis, I didn't get the offer, and I declined anyway. The questions were good.

The interview process can differ a bit depending on the company and role (technical, managerial, internship, or grad hiring), but generally, you can expect this structure: 1. Application / Shortlisting 2. Aptitude / Online Assessment This usually involves: Quantitative Aptitude (math, data interpretation) Logical Reasoning Verbal Ability Sometimes technical questions too (basic programming, engineering concepts, depending on the role).
