First, I submitted a statement of purpose with my basic education details. After that, there was a gamified assessment, which was quite easy. I'm not sure how they picked candidates after that. The final stage involved a chairman-led group discussion and then an interview.

I got a call and they wanted me to introduce myself. Then, they looked at my resume and asked about my favorite subjects. I told them Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics, and they asked me questions about those. After that, they asked me some personal questions about my family and where I live, and that was the end of it.
