First, I submitted a statement of purpose with my basic education details. After that, there was a gamified assessment, which was quite easy. I'm not sure how they picked candidates after that. The final stage involved a chairman-led group discussion and then an interview.

I had 4 rounds of interviews. First, an assessment test covering the entire PTP cycle and general business topics. Second, they asked questions based on my resume and checked my communication skills. Third, they asked more questions about my resume and the specific role. Finally, an HR round where they asked about my expected salary and my preferred role between PTP, R2R, and others.

Tata Projects Limited's interview process usually involves a few steps: first, they check your resume, then there's a technical interview, and finally an HR round. If you're a fresher, they might do a group discussion first, followed by one-on-one interviews. It can change based on the job, but usually two or three rounds is typical. They look at resumes initially. Sometimes for freshers, there's a group discussion to see how you communicate and work with others. The technical interview checks your job-specific knowledge. The HR round is about your personality and if you fit the company culture, asking about your goals and how you handle tough situations. Then there might be a one-on-one with a manager to talk more about your experience. They might also do a background check after everything.
