The hiring journey involves a few main steps: first, an Aptitude Round to check your skills, then a Technical Interview to see how much you know, followed by a Managerial Round to gauge leadership potential. After that, there's a Group Discussion to see how well you work with others. Then comes the HR Round, followed by ILP training to develop your skills, and finally, the Onboarding process to get you settled in. Every step is important for picking the best people and making sure they start smoothly.
