Got my resume into TCS through a friend, they had been courting me for a while. Got laid off from a consulting gig, so I reached out to them. Had a phone interview with HR, then one with a peer consultant. Then they flew me to a face-to-face with the boss. He did all the talking, and we negotiated salary on the spot.

The first step was a recruiter call that felt pretty easygoing. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and it seemed to go well, with them saying they'd set up another interview for the next week. But, I never heard back from them after that. I sent a thank you email, and followed up with HR, but still no response. Honestly, it felt really unprofessional.
