It's a 15-minute, quick, and simple process, but you'll need to prepare. They'll ask about yourself and your feelings on TARMAC. There will be an Assessment Centre (AC) after initial consideration. Operation management/Sustainability management will be important topics.

the interview process was really easy and understanding for all candidates, so no need to stress too much, just be yourself. make sure you do your research properly and be yourself. learn about safety and make sure you really want the role because some jobs can be very challenging.

After submitting an online application, I had a preliminary phone interview. Next, I was invited to an assessment day which included a face-to-face interview, a presentation, and psychometric tests. It was a challenging and good day, and they made me feel at ease, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer.
