I had a teams-based interview with two members of the program delivery team. They asked questions about my CV and experience, but they weren't scenario-based. The questions didn't seem to align with the job specification, which felt disjointed.

First off, there was an online interview for about 35 minutes. It was a really nice chat with an HR person where we talked about your interests and what you could bring to the company. Then, there was an assessment day which had a technical task and a face-to-face interview.

Applied end of Feb. Completed the first two interview stages by April. After that, they stopped responding and giving feedback, despite stating they were 'still considering my application' and would provide an update by specific dates before May. By the end of July, I was informed the position was being held 'after discussion within management.' However, I had already accepted another job offer by then. They heavily promoted their graduate scheme initially, appearing very interested. But then they ghosted me, providing no offer or rejection, just an excuse. It was later revealed they were indeed hiring for the logistics graduate role, as I saw on LinkedIn. So they didn't even bother with a formal rejection, just a weak excuse.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the importance of health and safety?
  • What would you say is your biggest strength?
