The group interview took place at Target's head office in Williams Landing. It involved about 8-12 tables, each seating 4-6 people. A scenario-based question was presented, and everyone had to present their answer. I believe we were given an object and asked to brainstorm unique ways to use it, demonstrating our out-of-the-box thinking.

We also discussed customer service scenarios and our previous work experience. They also asked about our availability and had us fill out a form with the days and hours we can work during the week.
