Customer Service Representative
It took me about three weeks to hear back with a decision. The people interviewing me were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in my background. They're going to ask about your previous work experience. You should be ready to talk about what good customer service means to you and how you'd deal with different customer situations, like if a customer is being difficult or is unhappy.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your motivation for applying to this position?
- Could you tell us about your previous work experience?
- In your opinion, what constitutes excellent customer service?
Customer Service Associate
It was a 2 stage interview process. The first stage was a group interview and the second was with the operations manager. Both interviews were one week apart. It was an easy process and being confident in asking questions will help you succeed. There was no roleplay, but questions were asked about how you would handle customer concerns or attend to customer needs.
- How would you handle a difficult customer?
- How would you address customer needs?
Customer Service Representative
It's a multi-stage interview process. First, there are group activities where you'll have to try and sell Target products to the person interviewing you. Then, there's a 1 on 1 interview that goes over your resume and asks about what value you can bring to the company.
- Try to sell Target products to the interviewer.
- Tell me about your resume.
- What is your potential value-add?
