I had a really good interview experience at Tapestry. It was about 25 to 40 questions, mainly about real retail situations. Since I've worked in retail before, the questions were pretty easy and familiar—I'd dealt with most of them already. The managers were really respectful and professional the whole time. I liked that there was no discrimination in their hiring. They're inclusive, open to everyone, and really want to train and support their staff. Even if this is your first or second time applying for a retail job, don't be scared—they'll make sure you feel comfortable.

Behavioral

It's a standard retail interview. You'll first talk to the store manager. If that goes well, you'll set up another interview with the district manager. Both interviews will ask about your past work in luxury retail.

Behavioral Presentation

So basically, the interview process has two parts. First, you'll have an interview with the Store Manager, and then the second part is a Floor Interview. The floor interview was kinda hard because you don't know much about the products and the work culture. So, it's better to focus on your client engagement.
