Manager
Do not recommend anyone to apply for this company. As have heard other people sharing the similar story, after putting so much time and effort in the interview process, going through multiple rounds, the recruiter eventually ghosted me. Multiple sincere follow-ups, but no response at all. It can be very frustrating when the applicants do not receive the equal respect in return. It is not difficult to send a rejection email or respond to the follow up questions. This to me simply is a reflection of the company culture. Do not waste your time in this company, or at least be prepared for the possible unpleasant experience, and do not hang yourself there, moving on when you do not receive any response back from them.

If you're busy, don't bother with this company because it's super unprofessional. I did a HR call and 5 interviews and then got ghosted. Rejection is fine, but disappearing after taking up so much time is just rude. HR doesn't reply to follow-ups about timelines, topics, or the rest of the process. I had no idea where I was in the whole thing. HR would ignore questions in previous emails like they didn't see them, but then reach out to schedule the next step when they wanted. Scheduling was also a mess. The first HR call was scheduled half an hour before my provided time, so I had to skip a meeting. On the same day, they scheduled another round before the HR call was even done. I gave my first availability for the HR call, but they used it for the next round without telling me. Also, HR once asked for availability earlier in the week, and I rearranged my busy schedule. But the interviewer was on PTO, had a noisy background, and no video. So why couldn't we just wait until they were back, especially since I had better availability initially? To top it off, they messed up the interview time length twice. The final scheduling times were always different from what HR said in the emails. I was too tired to ask about these confusions because I knew I wouldn't get a response anyway. People are busy and not interviewing for fun, so please respect everyone's time.
