First, there was a Hirevue video interview, and then I was invited to speak with people from the corporate team. It felt really relaxed and easy, though it took a while to get a response. I also wish I'd gotten more details about the process as it went on.

After submitting my CV, I had to answer 4 questions on Hirevue. You can answer each question 4 times, and each answer needs to be between 1-2 minutes long. I didn't need to submit a cover letter.
