It went smooth. The first round interview with the employer skipped the intro and went straight into product sense. The HR manager hadn't mentioned anything about product sense during the recruiter call, only mentioning behavioral questions and checking resume/experience alignment to the job description.

The interview process began with two phone calls with potential managers. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview in Emeryville. Since I live in Seattle, the travel was manageable, but I'm unsure how they handle travel for candidates coming from further away. The on-site included a 30-minute presentation on a recent technology I hadn't worked with. This was followed by a panel interview with a diverse group including product managers, engineering managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product Marketing Managers. The discussion covered a wide range of topics like market entry strategies, target audience identification, support plans, and potential growth areas for the technology. Finally, there were a series of one-on-one meetings with various staff members.

Behavioral Technical

I spoke with a recruiter first, who was nice and paid attention. But the interviewer in the next stage, whose role I can't mention due to Glassdoor rules, seemed really uninterested and checked out. He was 7 minutes late and didn't even say sorry, then he cut the interview short right on time, which was rude. He asked really unclear questions and then just repeated them without explaining what he actually wanted. I didn't hear back from the recruiters for like two and a half weeks after that. Overall, it was a bad experience and I wouldn't go through it again or suggest it to anyone I know.
