The interview process felt repetitive, with many of the same questions asked across different conversations. I spoke with six different people. In the final round, they mentioned they were looking for someone more 'adult,' which was strange given they recruited and interviewed me for the role. I wouldn't recommend this company; they seemed disorganized.

The interview process included a phone call followed by a video interview over the internet. The team I spoke with was nice and professional, although I had to follow up a few times to find out if I was moving on. It's pretty typical these days, as many companies don't let you know if you're not selected.

I read many reviews in advance that spoke about really good starts to the process and then being ghosted or having the recruiter do a 180. I was hesitant but excited about the company so I interviewed. I had the same exact experience. Three very strong interviews, an extremely responsive and easy to chat with recruiter and then - crickets. The recruiter turned really formal in a follow up, had no feedback, and then eventually ghosted me. Truly a complete waste of my time and reminds me to trust my gut and the many reviews on here. It’s really just a sign of a bad company culture when your recruiters lack basic respect to be up front and responsive.
