I had a phone screening, and they mentioned an online assessment followed by a hiring manager interview, which turned out not to be the case. I spent three hours on the assessment and had two interviews with the hiring team, but then I had to do three more interviews with different people from the team. After spending three whole weeks preparing and dealing with anxiety, I got a generic rejection email with no feedback.
