first round is an OA with math questions. not too hard. first interview is 3 competition math style questions with medium difficulty. 2nd interview discussed concepts of graphic ascent/neural networks with an engineer (you don't need to be an expert for this-- they seem to care more about your thought process). i learned a lot about neural networks during this stage from my interviewer. 3rd interview was a coding interview with leetcode medium style questions. 4th interview was another engineer and was some behavorial questions mixed with questions about how you would implement something (no actual coding. just discussion).

First, there was an online assessment with probability and math questions, pretty straightforward. Then came interview round one, also math questions, with only the last one being a bit tricky but overall easy. Interview round two was a super day, featuring three separate rounds. The first was a behavior round, asking about how you'd handle different scenarios and to remember details. The second was a technical round with the CTO where I had to implement an LRU cache; the CTO was not helpful with clarification questions. The third was another technical round with an SDE. The behavior round interviewer was friendly, but the technical interviewers were rather rude and unresponsive.

This company's hiring priorities are a mess. I had a surprisingly easy phone interview where they asked basic questions like 'name a database', and then I was invited onsite. It wasn't too tough, no whiteboarding or coding, just hypotheticals, questions about my background and interests, and a personality test. However, I got the vibe the head of engineering had already made up their mind I wasn't a fit before we even talked. They asked me twice about AWS experience (which I don't have) even though it wasn't in the job description, and then didn't seem interested in anything else. There seems to be a big gap between HR and Engineering in how they screen candidates. They really need to fix this and stop wasting people's time.
