The interview process was pretty straightforward, although I'm still left with a lot of unanswered questions. I'm really thankful for the offer though! I'm just waiting for the official offer letter so I can figure out if I need to negotiate anything.

The nursing recruiter did a great job finding a role that fit my resume and experience. I then interviewed with a few nurse managers who were all very professional and friendly. They asked standard interview questions, and also made sure to give me a tour of the units and a chance to chat with current staff.
