The interview process was pretty straightforward, although I'm still left with a lot of unanswered questions. I'm really thankful for the offer though! I'm just waiting for the official offer letter so I can figure out if I need to negotiate anything.

After arriving, we went to a conference room and had a seat. I was interviewed by five people, and each person asked questions. They kept asking me multiple questions, and I felt some of the questions were not clear.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a standard process, starting with an application, then an in-person interview. After that, they gave me a quick walkthrough of the job protocols and the unit itself. It was a good way to really get a feel for the position, but the pay just wasn't what I was looking for, so I turned down the offer.

So I applied online and then didn't hear back for like two weeks. I ended up calling the hospital operator, got the unit's number, and asked who was hiring. I asked when they'd be in and when was good to call, and got the name of the person I spoke to. I called back when they were free, mentioned the first person's name, and talked to the hiring manager. They offered me a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview, and they offered me the job right then.
