So, this whole interview thing was a joke. I got an email, we set up an interview, but the person just never showed up. Then I got a message apologizing, so we set up another time, and again, no-show. Out of nowhere, I get a call from Luxembourg. I missed it, called back, and the recruiter had no clue who I was. After a bit, she remembered and said she'd call me back, but never did... super unprofessional and rude.

The interview was good, but a bit different. First, it was without HR, only with the leader of the account management team. We had a good talk, she was nice. We agreed that I'm great for the job because of my extensive experience in the field, both as a customer support rep/account manager and as a leader. The second round was the weird part, with the CEO and the head of HR. The CEO asked most questions, and they seemed a bit odd. He kept asking if I'm X or Y, over 10 times with different topics. For example, if I'm more structured or creative. He didn't really accept explanations, as I think it depends on the situation, so I had to pick between two not quite right answers for me.

Behavioral Technical

After applying to many jobs daily for months, I unexpectedly got a call from a recruiter, not scheduled beforehand. I didn't have the job ad or my application handy, and since it wasn't scheduled, I wasn't ready for her questions. I didn't get the job, but I found the recruiter (a young English speaker) very aggressive. She even told me my current salary was too low and asked why I earned so little! It was also the first time a recruiter called me for an interview without scheduling it first. I hadn't received any invitation email, so I couldn't prepare. Maybe the company is a good place to work, but their recruiters need to be reminded that calling candidates for interviews without prior notice shows a lack of professionalism.
