They were bad at communicating, changing interview times without notice and being rude. I had three interviews and the last one had a big assignment. I never got confirmation they received my work and had to follow up three times to hear they hired someone else.

The process was smooth; as soon as I submitted my resume, I was contacted for a pre-interview, where they checked if I was a good fit to proceed with the manager. In the interview with the manager, I was a bit disappointed because I didn't feel the manager was very open to providing more details about what they were looking for. The biggest challenge was that everything was in English, even though it was a position for Latam.

First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter, and then I spoke with the manager for the SDRs. They mentioned that since it's a sales role, I should always follow up on next steps. The final interview was in person. I met with five people: the recruiter from the first phone screening, the VP of Marketing, the SDR manager, an SDR, and a Sales Manager.
