Technical Support Engineer
The process was really easy, the HR team was great. There were three stages in total. The interviews weren't too tough, they challenged you a bit, but in a good way. They had different levels and different seniority. Everything was done remotely via video calls, which was super convenient.

Technical Support Engineer
It started with a general chat with HR about my skills and experience, which went well. Then, a technical round was scheduled where I was asked questions about core Java and some puzzles. The interviewer was great and made me feel comfortable, and I got positive feedback. The hiring manager then asked about my low PU marks, which I found unusual as my academic scores were decent. No technical job-related questions were asked. Instead, I was asked situational questions, and I used the STAR method with L.A.R. to answer, but I felt the interviewer was not satisfied.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Why were your PU marks low?
- Tell me about a situation where you used the Listen, Apology, Resolution technique.
Technical Support Engineer
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we scheduled a call. The call was an intro, focused on my background and if I was a good fit. The next day, I got an email to pick a date for an online test. I took the test two days later. It involved installing and setting up Java on Windows servers and fixing basic issues with installation, networking, SQL, and email. The day after that, I was asked to pick a date for an interview with about four managers from the US. It was a pretty detailed but enjoyable session, mostly about support scenarios and some role-playing to see how I'd handle support requests. A day after that, another email came to set up a call with the recruiter. They told me I got the job, gave me the offer details, and I accepted.
