Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online via LinkedIn. A recruiter contacted me within a day and seemed quite interested. We had a phone interview two days later. Later that week, the recruiter set up meetings with the presales director and manager. Both of those interviews went well, with some unusual but not entirely strange questions. The next step was a panel interview and preparation meeting scheduled for the following week. I received the materials and directions for the panel, which involved some technical aspects, and I worked on it for five days. The panel was scheduled for Monday, but on Friday afternoon, I received a cancellation email stating they had hired a solutions consultant that week. I found the company disorganized and disrespectful to candidates, especially since the position remained open.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I went through more than 6 interview rounds for this position. It started with an HR round, then a Hiring Manager screening led by a Director. After that, I had a Technical Architect Interview, followed by a Competency Interview. A Consulting Presentation was part of the process, and I also interviewed with the Senior Director of the West Region and a VP from Global. The interviewers were really supportive, and they placed a strong emphasis on my competencies, experience, and overall fit for a consulting role. It felt like a mutual process, which helped me understand the role and company culture better and made me even more interested.

Behavioral Technical

I had a conversation with a really informed recruiter who asked about my career goals and what I'm looking for. They told me about the job and the company vibe, and it was a chill 45-minute chat that made me feel good about Talend. Then, the first interview was with the Regional Head of Professional Services. It was a super friendly and direct chat. He was really open and clear, and I got feedback within hours. The second interview was with the Delivery Manager and the same Regional Head. We talked some technical stuff and the role's responsibilities. It was an open conversation with a mix of technical and role-specific questions. The Delivery Manager was also a great professional. Again, feedback was quick. The third interview was with their Principle consultant. He seemed very educated and professional. The questions were to the point for the role and general. We finished in 30 minutes instead of the scheduled 60. It felt like he couldn't fully assess me, maybe I didn't grasp his expectations in such an open-ended discussion. He was candid about not being able to fully judge me. The recruiter was quick to share feedback and asked about my situation. They even went out of their way to talk to management to help move things forward.
