Overall, it was a very polite, professional, and accommodating experience. I liked that my questions were answered quickly and honestly without any pressure to lean a certain way or push any specific agenda. The rates and benefits were pretty straightforward, and I don't have any major issues with the company or how they handle hiring.

I applied right before the holidays and heard back about a month later on a Monday. The interview was scheduled for the very next day with the store manager and assistant manager. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The interview didn't take too long, and they went over expectations. I got a call back by the end of the same week with an offer to start the following week.

I was shopping with my mom and sister and asked if they were hiring. I filled out an application and the manager told me to study a magazine. I had to call her back a few times before she offered me an interview that same day. We went to the back and she asked me normal questions, then told me to pick an outfit and sell it to her, which I did. We went back to interview in the back and she asked me about my weekend plans. She said she had more interviews and would get back to me. A week later I called and she hadn't decided. Two weeks later, she said she gave the job to someone else. Months later, around Thanksgiving, she called to see if I was still interested. I said yes, and she said she'd call with salary info. She then called to confirm my availability from the application, which had changed because I was in school. She seemed irritated when I told her my availability changed and that I couldn't work Sundays, which was a requirement. She said it wouldn't work and hung up.
