After you get the job offer, you typically have to wait about a week to start. This is because the background check and drug test need to come back first. The interview itself was good, really relaxed and easygoing, making it simple to feel comfortable.

It took several months for Talbert House to respond to my application, I'd honestly forgotten I'd even applied. But once they called me for an interview, it was super smooth and comfortable. They offered me the job after my second interview, just pending a drug test and background check. The orientation was really long, but it was packed with info.

Sent in my application online but it seemed like they didn't really look at it. A while later, a friend put in a good word for me with the hiring Supervisor. When I met with the Supervisor, she told me all about the job, the pay, let me ask questions, and said I got the job! This was all before my background check and drug test results came back. I started working a couple of weeks after that.
