The interview process involved two interviewers, the site clinical and assistant clinical directors. It was a really enjoyable experience, and they made me feel at ease while still posing challenging questions, which I appreciated.

It was a typical interview process, but there was no initial phone screen. I got a call on a Thursday afternoon and was asked to interview the very next Friday morning. I had to rearrange my schedule to make it work. I asked if Monday would be possible, but the interviewer said no because they needed to fill the role quickly, ideally by Friday. When I got there, I met with the HR Manager and what I think was the HR and IT director. After the interview, they said they'd contact me the following week. Surprisingly, they called about another position, this time in operations management, which I turned down.

I got an email from a really nice HR person 2 days after applying, saying she was excited to interview me. We set up a phone interview for the next day. Sadly, she didn't show up. After waiting 30 min, I messaged her, and she got back to me later that day, apologized, and asked to reschedule for the next day. She didn't show up again after I waited 30 min, even though both times were confirmed via email. Not sure why someone would waste an applicant's time like this, but it definitely didn't make a good impression.

It's a unique process. First, you'll have a sit-down with management, based on your credentials. Then, HR handles the background check and drug screen. After that, you're sent to a site visit for an open position you're qualified for. During the visit, you and your potential manager will get to know each other. If it's a good fit, an offer is made (you can decline), or you go back to HR. The time between the first interview and the site visit depends on the company's needs.
