Worst interview experience I’ve ever had for numerous reasons below but in general asked very typical questions. I joined the zoom call to be instantly told their interviewing 100 other candidates and thus they were gunna do ‘speed interviews’ instead and they didn’t even know what I’d applied for which just showed a complete lack of respect. The thing that made this interview terrible is the interviewer didn’t look at the screen once and never made eye contact at all and seemed really disinterested from the get go. The interview was conducted by someone sitting on what appeared to be a sofa who spent most of his time with his face turned in the other direction as if he was watching something else. To add onto this the interviewer gave really snappy and rude awnsers to my questions. Overall the company seems brilliant but this individual did not portray the company in a good light at all.

The interview was fine, and they asked typical questions like 'tell us who you are'. They also asked informal questions, for instance, 'what is your favourite game'. You would be asked to go to their London office for the interview.

The interview process had 2 rounds. First was a screening call with HR where I gave them my availability but they didn't tell me the interview time and called me unexpectedly. The HR person didn't know much about the job. It wasn't a tough interview. It took a month to hear back after that. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager and another team member, which were average difficulty. After the second round, HR's communication about my application status was bad. They ignored my emails and didn't give me a decision on the day they said they would. I got rejected over a month after the second round.
