Community and Engagement Manager
So I had a recruiter call first, then a hiring manager call. The recruiter actually didn't show up for our first scheduled call, and I had to email them to see if they were still going to make it. We rescheduled, but it felt kinda weird since they should have been more on top of it. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager, which went pretty well. They said they wanted to move me to the next step to meet with some of their team. But then, silence for three weeks, followed by an automated rejection email. Seriously left a bad taste in my mouth about the company, wouldn't recommend them based on this.

Marketing
It’s a four stage process, consisting of; initial screening very basic just couple questions to be answered, phone interview more so of where your currently at and initial recruiter questions, team interview more about the role and culture and final interview final task review with senior management and really see if you will fit
- Why are you interested in this company
Intern
Worst interview experience I’ve ever had for numerous reasons below but in general asked very typical questions. I joined the zoom call to be instantly told their interviewing 100 other candidates and thus they were gunna do ‘speed interviews’ instead and they didn’t even know what I’d applied for which just showed a complete lack of respect. The thing that made this interview terrible is the interviewer didn’t look at the screen once and never made eye contact at all and seemed really disinterested from the get go. The interview was conducted by someone sitting on what appeared to be a sofa who spent most of his time with his face turned in the other direction as if he was watching something else. To add onto this the interviewer gave really snappy and rude awnsers to my questions. Overall the company seems brilliant but this individual did not portray the company in a good light at all.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Which of our games or products do you like the most?
- What information do you have about our company?
Workplace Coordinator
So I had a 4 stage interview process, and the last one was at the actual workplace. It lasted for 2.5 hours and I met with 5 different people one-on-one. After each stage, nobody could tell me what the next steps were or how long it would take to hear back, so I had to chase them up every time. The job description also got changed halfway through, and they asked me about stuff that wasn't even relevant to the role. The recruiter was often kind of arrogant and rude, and the hiring manager couldn't even find time to answer my questions about the job during the final interview, even though it was supposed to be part of the interview time. Honestly, probably the worst interview experience I've had.
