Applying for the internship at Taj Group of Hotels is pretty straightforward. You can apply online, through campus placements, or via referrals. First, there's an HR call to see if you're interested in hospitality and if you'd fit in. If you pass that, you'll have a technical or functional interview where they'll ask you stuff specific to the department, like how you'd deal with unhappy guests or run a busy shift. The last part is usually a panel interview or a case study to check out how you solve problems, talk to people, and work with others. They really look at both your skills and if you're a good cultural fit.

It was easy to crack if you know the nitty gritty about the hotel industry. They ask very specific questions & less vague. Vague questions can be asked during the GD but the PI all the answers has to be precise.
