I applied to more than one company, and when I was called for an interview, I went through the whole process and passed each stage. But when it came to the medical test, I explained to the doctor that I had an eye condition (it wasn't considered a disability at the time, but now I am disabled). The doctor said it was fine for me to work, but a few weeks later, I received an email saying I wasn't approved for the job.

The interview process was straightforward and easy. The questions were direct and transparent, getting straight to the point without unnecessary details. The managers were practical and efficient, and I really enjoyed the interview; nothing was out of the ordinary. They asked about my experiences and how I would fit into the company.

This was an internal selection process, I think I can help some people who, like me, are needing help. All communication is done through Gupy. The first stage is a Basic Excel test, like formatting a spreadsheet, putting filters on tables, adding charts, configuring conditional values (if greater than 100 it turns red, etc). The second stage was to write an essay, explaining what you think about the HR area, its importance, and what you could contribute. The third stage is to talk via video conference with the HR recruiter, explain your professional background, talk about whether you really know what this position entails, explain why you were interested in it. The fourth stage is the interview with the department manager, they also ask about your professional background, the reason you chose this position in this department, what you know about the HR area within the company. They asked how you deal with pressure, and to explain a situation where you had to deal with this pressure and how you reacted. They also ask that question 'what will the company gain by hiring you?' Overall, that's what I remember, I didn't pass, but I made it to the last stage, which is this one with the manager. I hope this helps someone. Good luck and success on your journey.

I went through the entire hiring process and was admitted. I submitted my documents and completed the medical exam, and everything was fine. I was waiting for them to schedule the start of my training, with my status showing 'admitted' on Gupy. But in less than two days, they moved me to the candidate pool! They didn't give me any information and didn't even respond when I asked why they took my documents and medical exam if they weren't going to hire me. There was a lack of clarity, seriousness, and respect towards me in this selection process.
