Account Executive
I applied to the company and they called me two days later. The recruiter was very friendly and gave me a basic overview of the role. Then, I was invited for an interview where I met with the recruiter and her hiring director. They were both nice and I got a general idea about the position. After that, I was invited back for a second round interview, which was longer than the first. I initially thought it was odd, but I enjoyed it because I got to see more about the company and decide if it was the right fit for me.
- What kind of business would you start if you could start any business?

Account Executive
I applied online and they reached out the next day for the Account Executive role via text message to set up the interview. When I got there, the receptionist greeted me and I had to fill out a form with questions about my interests and past experience. I waited in the lobby, which was quiet and had other interviews happening. The wait wasn't long, and I met with the manager at the scheduled time. The manager was friendly, and we had a one-on-one in his office. The interview felt professional yet relaxed, and he asked questions about me, how I found the company, what drew me to it, and my career aspirations. It felt more like a casual chat than an interrogation, and I felt comfortable, like I already knew them. He then explained the business and their clients, mentioning Quill. I was particularly interested in the potential for management opportunities. The conversation lasted about 15 minutes, and he answered my questions too. I'm hoping for a second interview.
- What leadership qualities would make you a strong candidate for this role?
- Can you share your proudest accomplishment?
