First, you'll sit down with the manager. They'll want to hear about you, and how you'd treat guests when they arrive and have questions. Then, we'll cover your availability. We'll also talk about how you'd handle certain situations and how you adapt to the culture here. There's a sales component too. You'll also be asked questions about how you interact with guests and confirm what they're saying.

I interviewed with three managers over three separate occasions. It was a semi-formal process. I first met with the key manager, then the kitchen manager, and finally the general manager. They extended an offer and asked when I could start training. It was that straightforward.

After submitting my application, the manager scheduled me for an interview the next day at 2:30 PM. I met with a different manager who couldn't find my application. When the interview began, he seemed to dislike me before I even spoke. Two days later, the first manager called me in again. Upon arrival, I was told they weren't expecting me. The manager who called me in had transferred, but they decided to proceed with the interview anyway, asking the same questions. I was then informed they had already hired two people and there was nothing I could do. It felt very unprofessional and like a waste of my time.

For the Kennesaw location, be ready to discuss your sports and beer knowledge, along with your serving experience. Emphasize your ability to manage a busy restaurant setting. Keep in mind that each location operates differently.
