I had a phone call with HR first, and then I went in for an in-person interview at the office. The in-person interview was with HR and a team lead, and they asked me some basic IT questions. They called me on the phone later to let me know they were offering me the job.

Started with a recruiter call from a third-party company working with TB. It was a quick chat to see who I am and why I want to work there. They mentioned the odd hours and graveyard shift. Then, I moved on to an interview with the IT support team. It was a panel interview with two people. They wanted to get a better sense of my skills and what I'm aiming for at the company. They also gave me a glimpse into the daily tasks and the lifestyle of working the graveyard shift. Everyone was really nice and it was great talking to them.

Had a basic in-person interview with a Staffmark representative, who handles all IT hiring for the company. It felt like a waste of time and an unnecessary trip to the office, as it could have been done over the phone or video. The only upside was seeing the building. I followed up later, and they told me the position was put on hold.
