Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Taco Bell.
Customer Service Associate
It was a typical interview, and I felt comfortable and it was nice. They asked basic questions that were easy to answer. Scheduling was also easy. They asked about my experience, my time, and availability. It's a very nice and good starter job.
- What are your weekly work hour availability?
Customer Service Representative
The interview involved open-ended questions about availability for shifts and school schedules. They didn't ask much about my experience or long-term goals. I was offered the job but didn't accept it, though it was a good experience.
- What are your preferred working hours and days?
- Can you tell me about your previous experience working shifts?
- How do your school schedules align with potential work shifts?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and got a call back in two days to set up an interview. When I arrived, I told the cashier I had an interview. They gave me a cup and asked me to sit at a table because they were busy with another candidate. After about ten minutes, two managers came to interview me. We greeted each other, and I sat down. They asked me some questions for about 15 minutes. I was a bit uncomfortable with them staring at me the whole time. I thought I did well, but I didn't get a call back. They mentioned they had been interviewing for several days and would let me know about the job in two days.
