First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Taco Bell.
Business Analyst
The interview process is the multistep practice that companies use to screen and hire new employees. The different stages and requirements involved with this process can highly vary depending on the industry, position and company where you are interviewing.
- Why are you interested in this specific role?
IT Analyst
It was a two stage process. First, I spoke with someone at a contracting firm. That call covered my resume and job responsibilities. Then, I had a second interview with the team lead, which was called a 'technical round' but wasn't really technical. They mostly wanted to check if I understood the industry terms and could fit into a large organization.
- Tell me about your experience with customer server.
- How do you handle pressure?
- Describe your experience with difficult people.
IT Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a call with a recruiter from a contracting agency, and then there were two follow-up interviews with supervisors. The HR screening involved going over my resume, and the second interview was more technical, focusing on troubleshooting scenarios and general IT knowledge.
- Can you walk me through the experience listed on your resume?
