The process was quite smooth, and I really liked the company culture and the people I met. Just make sure you're solid on corporate finance basics for this role. Good financial modeling skills are also essential. The India office is okay, but the Boston office is fantastic.

It was an on-cycle interview process. Started with a recruiter screen, then a coffee chat, followed by a Zoom call, and finally a super day in NYC. No modeling test was given, probably because it was an on-cycle interview.
- What drives your interest in growth investing?
Associate
First, they screened my resume. Then, I had a one-hour interview with the Asia Head. Rounds three and four were each one-hour interviews with different team members. After that, there was a case study and modeling test. The final round was an interview with the global head.
