The process was quite smooth, and I really liked the company culture and the people I met. Just make sure you're solid on corporate finance basics for this role. Good financial modeling skills are also essential. The India office is okay, but the Boston office is fantastic.
- Can you explain Return on Capital Employed (RoCE)?
- Tell me about your understanding of cash flow statements.
- What are the key components of a balance sheet?
Analyst
You'll go through a bunch of tough interviews to show off your technical skills, how much you know about the industry, your problem-solving skills, how well you communicate, if you have leadership potential, and if you're a good cultural fit. You also need to show you're adaptable, think strategically, and have a strong work ethic to get the offer.
- On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate yourself on being smart versus sad?
Vice President

- What drives your interest in growth investing?
