The process was quite smooth, and I really liked the company culture and the people I met. Just make sure you're solid on corporate finance basics for this role. Good financial modeling skills are also essential. The India office is okay, but the Boston office is fantastic.

You'll go through a bunch of tough interviews to show off your technical skills, how much you know about the industry, your problem-solving skills, how well you communicate, if you have leadership potential, and if you're a good cultural fit. You also need to show you're adaptable, think strategically, and have a strong work ethic to get the offer.

It was an on-cycle interview process. Started with a recruiter screen, then a coffee chat, followed by a Zoom call, and finally a super day in NYC. No modeling test was given, probably because it was an on-cycle interview.
