I found this job through RandStad and it was my first interview in Canada. The interview process was really well done and planned out. It started with a phone call, then there were two in-person interviews: one with the Team Manager and HR, and another with the team itself. The people there are super experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately, I wasn't as prepared as I should have been and didn't make it through the whiteboarding round with the team.

We'll start with a recruiter call, then move to a technical screen where we'll ask you about your strengths and weaknesses, any problems you've had working in a team, your experience with C# and ASP.NET, why you're interested in our company, what you expect from a manager and employer, your salary expectations, and what you think our company does. We also want to know something you're good at and why or how, and why you left your previous job.

Technical Behavioral

It started with a recruiter call after they liked my resume. The interview was supposed to be with the VP and other IT leaders, but most showed up via teleconference. The interview itself wasn't too rough. I tried to be honest and ask good questions to show I knew the architecture and challenges. After, it was silent for over a week because HR and recruiters were out. The recruiter finally told me another candidate really impressed T2. The whole thing wasn't awful, just took about 2 weeks from first contact to rejection. Didn't feel like I really had a chance though.
