It was a 30-minute talk with HR first, mostly about my CV and why I was looking to switch jobs. Then, I had a call with the technical team. They also reviewed my CV and talked about the role and the team. I learned the job has a lot of responsibility and the salary is quite low. This company's hiring process usually takes a while, for me it was about 1.5 months.

Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2 ,Behavioural Assessment ,HR Round these are the rounds of interview. after successfully passing all the rounds, Got the offer but it is not what I had asked for. I asked for only 50K more in CTC and they are like take another interview and after that they never come back with offer.Just time wasting.If they can't afford the expected CTC why they wasted 4- 5 hours of candidate in 3 to 4 days of process? Also they are 6 days working organisation and non-IT Company. So candidate deserves the more hike.If they can't match expected CTC no need to go for interview process and once they release offer even after that they are taking interview to check if I deserve 50K more CTC or not? Very very bad experience for Vadodara Office
