& Process

The interview started normally, but then I was invited for a trial day on short notice. During this day, I got to shadow the inspector both at the testing site and elsewhere. After the trial day, I was told I'd get a call by the end of the week. However, no call came. After a week, I decided to reach out myself. On the phone, I was assured I'd get an answer the next day. Sadly, weeks passed without any feedback. Given this lack of professionalism, I eventually withdrew my application. I would have accepted a rejection, but the fact that months went by with no communication suggests something wasn't right.

It was a two-stage interview process, with both online and in-person components. The first interview was with the hiring manager and a colleague. They asked some pretty interesting questions, and it really felt like they were trying to sell me on the role, even though it didn't work out in the end.

There were 3 people who asked different questions. These questions contained technical stuff from standard to see how you react in some situations. For example, what do you do when you got stressed or you are under pressure and etc.
