I had a chat with HR first, where they went over the job details, what I'd be doing, the career path, and so on. Then there was an interview for the department where they asked me some professional questions. They said they'd decide within a week or two.

The interview process was quick and easy, maybe because I was a former OJT here. Since the position was urgent, I completed the requirements while I was already working. Not many technical questions were asked because it's an entry-level job.

Classical flow. Friendly HR person, friendly department manager. It was my first interview as an engineer and went accordingly less well. The company came across as consistently professional. Many stress test questions, technically fewer follow-up questions were answered very well. Whoever has had a few interviews already and has prepared well has good chances. Somewhat discouraging for me was the fact that one still has to complete additional training as an inspector for several years. They have a collective agreement.
