The interview was held online with the project manager. It was a pleasant and friendly conversation, but unfortunately, I wasn't informed about the outcome afterwards. Even after asking 'we will forward your request and get back to you', there was no further response! This way of handling applicants is not okay.

It's a really long process. First, you send your application to HR, and then they'll schedule an interview. An Assistant Manager will meet with you at the scheduled time. You need to attend the interview professionally. They'll ask a lot of technical questions to test your knowledge. If you pass, you'll be selected.

The interview process was pretty standard, but they ghosted me afterwards. No decision was made even after the interview, not even a standard rejection email. I followed up with HR, but got no response. Luckily, I have another offer, but I will never apply again.
