It was super easy and fast. We set a time and date over the phone and then I had the interview with a sales manager and a business manager. If they liked me, I then had an interview with the head of business, and if that went well, I'd get an offer. If not, then my application was unsuccessful.

It was a bit of a mess. 3 interviews over 5 weeks. First was with the sales manager, went for over an hour, got good feedback and was invited back. Second interview was similar, with the senior sales manager, again got good feedback. Then it took over 2 weeks to set up the third meeting, which was described as just a chat with the dealership manager. The final interview was almost a joke, very strange setup in the room. They asked 'tell me about yourself' which I'd answered before. Then the manager stood up and left with the other manager, which was really rude. The rest of the interview was weird, they insulted my job and clearly had decided before I came in, cutting the interview short by 40 minutes. I only asked questions because I knew the decision was made. Got a standard rejection email a week later, which wasn't a surprise. Didn't even have the decency to call after I'd put in so much effort researching and traveling.

It was a pretty long interview process with quite a few interviews. First I had a quick video call that lasted about 2 minutes, and then they sent over some basic tests. A couple of weeks later, someone called me for a phone interview, which was quite simple. After that, I had a Zoom interview. Most of the interviewers were friendly, but the head of the business came across as really arrogant. I was told I'd get feedback by mid-week, but I never did, which was a bummer because I was really hoping for the job.
