First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SYSTRA.
Intern
I got an email from the manager for an interview. The interview lasted 45 minutes. I got the answer two weeks later. The interview was mostly about personality and a presentation of the project.
- Tell me about yourself?
- Why do you want to do this internship?
Intern
The process started with resume screening, followed by a direct interview. It took them a while to get back, but they did communicate. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and quick, though the selection part dragged on. Since it was part of a campus internship program, the response time was quite slow.
- Do you have any questions regarding software within the field of water resources engineering?
Intern
It was a single round interview, entirely technical. They asked me to introduce myself, then asked about my past internships, projects, and extracurriculars. They also inquired about my favorite subjects and asked questions based on those.
- Could you tell me about the basics of thermodynamics?
- What were some of the key projects you worked on?
- Can you walk me through your resume?
