A recruiter I knew put me forward for the RA role and the entire experience was smooth and quite relaxed. After they scheduled my interview, I had a week to get ready and put together a brief presentation (5 mins about something I was really into). The interview itself was also a good time, the team was super nice and I felt comfortable. I did my presentation first, followed by a 30-minute test involving numbers (calculating statistical significance percentages) and a spot-the-error task. The actual interview was last, and the whole thing took about an hour and a half. It's great that there's only one interview! If they offer you the job, they also conduct a thorough 5-year background check.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, there was a phone interview, then we had a bunch of in-person interviews and a case study presentation. I talked to a lot of people from the team, some more senior than others. The interviews were mostly about getting to know me and seeing if I’d be a good fit for BrainJuicer. They wanted to know if I understood the kind of person who does well in research.
